The repair of the top warp requires work to be carried out from the reverse side of the aluminum sheet metal, so generally the repair is done. Break the clips holding the door panel in place, remove the wiring harness from the door panel, secure the door panel with a fixing bar and use the gap in the door to generally carry out the repair. To repair the top warp you need to use a lever tool, stick the tool inside the door, move the tool to find the location of the dent gently and evenly force the dent out of the sheet metal until the sheet metal is financed into the paint, the paint curvature is exactly the same as the repair is complete.

If there are bumps in the roof of the aluminum body car, use a rubber hammer and a special wooden pen to tap back and forth until the dent is incorporated into the paintwork. For some special dents that cannot be repaired by dismantling the inner door trim, or where the dent is too large, it is necessary to dismantle the door. (mainly to prevent the door from shaking the foot chain back and forth and scratching the paint).

Remove the wiring harness directly between the aluminum sheet door panel and the body, then unscrew the screws between the door panel and the body to separate the door, place the door on a shelf and fix it so that we can carry out the repair. By removing the door restoration, the restoration will be more flexible and less difficult to fix. The repair of aluminum car will also be quicker.
