　　Melting and casting (original quality)

　　--- preparation of alloys, melt treatment (melt purification: de-gassing, de-slagging, de-alkali metal), casting of billet ingots for extrusion of different diameters (tissue refinement), homogenization heat treatment.

　　Extrusion (setting quality)

　　--- clean surface and heating of billet ingots, extrusion forming, in-line cooling, stretching and straightening, sizing and sawing, ageing heat treatment (heat treatment strengthening).

　　Surface treatment (appearance quality and additional quality)

　　---Oxidation colouring: pre-treatment (clean surface), anodising, electrolytic colouring, sealing or electrophoretic treatment

　　---Spraying: pre-treatment (clean surface), conversion film (transition film) treatment, powder or acrylic spraying or fluorocarbon spraying

　　Due to the decorative nature of civil materials, outdoor weathering and architectural needs, the surface treatment technology of aluminium has developed extremely rapidly in recent times, from the beginning of anodic oxidation (silver-white) and colouring (from dark to light bronze series), to champagne and titanium gold; from ordinary anodic oxidation colouring to electrophoresis, even colour electrophoresis; from ordinary anodic oxidation to colour spraying; then new wood grain surfaces, heat insulation aluminium profiles and so on.

　　The above surface treatments for architectural aluminium profiles are of two main types.

　　Anodic oxidation colouring plus seal hole or electrophoresis, aluminium natural colour or colouring, material appearance with metallic texture, limited colour change, in recent years the invention of new processes such as colourful aluminium, but the application is not yet popular.

　　Spray colouring, powder coating and fluorocarbon paint spraying, material appearance covered by paint, does not show metal texture, is the texture of paint, can have any colour system.
