China is a large producer and consumer of aluminium alloy materials, which are widely used in transportation, marine, air and space fields, especially in some light weight key components of automobiles, aircraft, aerospace, ships and other fields, aluminium alloy materials are irreplaceable, so today we will talk about the difference of aluminium sheet categories.

Wire drawing aluminum plate: repeatedly use sandpaper to scrape out the lines of aluminum plate manufacturing process, its process is divided into the main process of de-esterification, sand mill, water washing 3 parts. In the wire drawing process, the anodic treatment is followed by a special film technology that allows the surface of the aluminium sheet to produce a film layer containing the metal component, which clearly shows each fine trace, thus giving the metal a fine hairline lustre in a matt finish.

The aluminium oxide plate: the aluminium plate is placed in the corresponding electrolyte (e.g. sulphuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as an anode and electrolysed under specific conditions and with an applied current. The anodized aluminium sheet forms a thin layer of aluminium oxide on the surface, with a thickness of 5-20 microns, while the hard anodized film can be 60-200 microns.

PS aluminium sheet (advertising aluminium sheet aka printed zinc sheet, newspaper sheet): i.e. aluminium sheet with a printed pattern on the back with a thickness of 025 or 03 material.

Mirrored aluminium sheet: refers to the aluminium sheet with a mirror effect on the surface of the sheet through various methods of treatment such as rolling and polishing.

Embossed aluminium sheet: can also be called aluminium embossed sheet: double-sided pattern, belongs to the basis of the aluminium plate, after calendering processing and in the surface of the formation of various patterns of aluminium products, the application is more extensive, mainly used in packaging, construction, curtain wall and so on.
