(16) Clad aluminum layer misalignment

Definition and characteristics: hot-rolled clad aluminum plate offset or lateral swing formation of the plate, with surface defects. The defects along the edge of the plate for the neat dark band, heat treatment after the dark yellow strip traces.

The main reasons: the aluminum plate is not put right; welded side of the aluminum plate when the roll edge volume is too large, resulting in the aluminum plate offset; hot rolling when the casting block feeding is not correct; cutting edge when the two sides of the shear width is not uniform, a small amount of shear; welded calendering when the amount of pressure is small, not welded on.

Definition and characteristics: aluminum plate and strip surface adhesion aluminum powder. Sticky aluminum plate, strip surface rough, no metallic luster.

The main reasons: hot rolling ingot temperature is too high; rolling process is not appropriate, the amount of sub-pressing and rolling speed; process lubricant performance is poor; brush roller process is not appropriate.

The main reason: rolling process in the middle of the stop, or more quickly adjust the amount of pressure.
