By application

1. Architectural aluminium profiles (divided into two types: windows and doors and curtain walls).

2. Aluminium profiles for radiators.

3. General industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used for industrial production and manufacturing, such as automated machinery and equipment, the skeleton of the cover and the custom moulding of each company according to their own machinery and equipment requirements, such as assembly line conveyor belt, elevator, dispensing machine, testing equipment, shelves, etc. The electronic machinery industry and clean room are mostly used.

4, rail vehicle structure aluminum alloy profiles: mainly used for rail vehicle body manufacturing.

5, framing aluminium profiles, made into aluminium alloy picture frames, framing various exhibitions and decorative paintings.

According to the alloy composition

It can be divided into 1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, 7075 and other alloy grades of aluminium profiles, of which 6 series are the most common. The difference between different grades is that the ratio of various metal components is different. Apart from the commonly used aluminium profiles for doors and windows such as 60 series, 70 series, 80 series, 90 series, curtain wall series and other architectural aluminium profiles, industrial aluminium profiles do not have a clear distinction between models, and most production plants process them according to the actual drawings of customers.
