1.7075 aluminium sheets

7075 is also a 7000 series aluminium sheet, with the same composition as 7005, but with a much higher content and a much harder hardness than 6061 and 7005. it exceeds the hardness of steel. However, due to the higher alloy composition, the hardness is extremely high. So it is very difficult to weld and press. The price is also much higher than 6061 and 7005.

2. 6061 aluminum plate

It is 6000 series aluminium, mainly with magnesium and silicon as the main alloy, the total composition ratio is lower. Strength is lower than 7005 aluminium. However, because of the simple alloy composition and low content, it is easier to weld and press, so the price is also cheaper.

The main alloying elements in 6061 alloy are magnesium and silicon, with medium strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability and good oxidation effect. 6061 is the most common aluminium material, light, strong and economical.
