Usually 6063 aluminum extrusion speed solid profiles in 15m/min-50m/min between, hollow profiles in 10m/min-35m/min between, fast extrusion refers to extrusion products from the die hole out of the speed in 60m/min or more.

Compared with ordinary aluminum extrusion die, rapid extrusion requires a large die manifold hole, that is, to ensure that the amount of material supply is sufficient; thin upper die, that is, the feeding stroke is reduced; die work with short, that is, aluminum and die resistance is reduced; with the completion of the extrusion process, the temperature of the deformation zone rises, and the faster the extrusion speed, the temperature of the deformation zone rises faster, so the die should come with a die cooling system to ensure that the temperature of the extrusion die is stable. Low temperature and high speed, to achieve rapid extrusion, but also to ensure the life of the 6063 aluminum plate die and profile quality. In addition, the rapid extrusion die material performance should be good.
