Coated aluminium foil for air conditioning

Depending on the mechanical properties required for the heat exchanger, there are currently three main states of coated air conditioning foil: H22, H24 and H26, each of which corresponds to a certain range of strength and plasticity. From the current state of the aluminium processing industry, there is no uniform standard for the range of mechanical properties of each state of coated air conditioning foil. At the same time, the range of mechanical properties for each state is too wide in practical application to allow good control of the mechanical properties of the product to the satisfaction of the user.

Next we present roughly the main technical specifications for coated air conditioning foils. Coated aluminium foil is formed after surface treatment on the basis of uncoated aluminium foil. In addition to the chemical composition, mechanical properties and geometrical dimensions required for uncoated aluminium foil as described above, it should also have good board and coating properties.
