The influence of extrusion process on oxidation coloring is mainly the influence of die design, extrusion temperature of 5052 aluminum plate, extrusion speed and cooling method on the surface state and uniformity of the extruded profile. Die design should be able to make the feed material fully kneaded, otherwise it is easy to appear bright (dark) defects, the same profile may appear on the colour; at the same time, the state of the die and profile surface extrusion lines, etc. also affect the oxidation coloring. Different extrusion temperatures, speeds, cooling methods and cooling times make the profiles unevenly organised and can also produce colour differences.
