The surface of corrosion-resistant aluminium foil products has a certain corrosion-resistant protective layer. Air conditioning heat exchangers made from this product can be applied in harsher areas and can significantly increase the service life of the air conditioner. At the same time, the increased corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger foil greatly reduces the generation of corrosion powder on the surface, thus improving the quality of ventilation and purifying the air in the air conditioning room.

And hydrophilic aluminium foil surface has a strong hydrophilic. The hydrophilic performance is determined by the size of the angle formed by the water sticking to the surface of the aluminium foil. The smaller the angle, the better the hydrophilic performance, and vice versa, the worse the hydrophilic performance. Generally speaking, the a-angle is less than 35, i.e. it is hydrophilic. Hydrophilic aluminium foil is generally used in the condenser of air conditioners. Its main function is to make it easy for the moisture in the hot air to spread out and flow down the sheet when it condenses into water droplets on the heat exchanger. This can avoid the water beads between the heat exchanger sheet "bridge" and affect the ventilation effect of the heat exchanger, thus improving the heat exchange rate of the air conditioner, in the same conditions of cooling capacity can also save electricity. At present, the hydrophilic aluminium foil available on the market has not only a good hydrophilic surface, but also a high corrosion resistance, thus optimising the performance of the air conditioner.
