In a very thin state, aluminium foil must have good formability, uniform organisation and properties, few metallurgical defects and low anisotropy, as well as high strength, good ductility, uniform thickness and good straightness. The specifications and alloys of air conditioning foil are relatively homogeneous and suitable for mass production, but the market is highly seasonal and it is difficult for professional manufacturers of air conditioning foil to resolve the contradiction between oversupply in high season and almost no demand in low season.
