The aluminum ingot is rolled several times through giant steel rollers, which reduce the thickness of the aluminum ingot and spread it out to make it longer. Lubricants are added during rolling for ease of operation. With each successive pass through the roll, the thickness is continuously reduced. Repeat the process until the foil reaches the designated thickness, then cut the large foil to the desired width.
Annealing: heating at 350～370℃; holding time 30～120min depending on the effective thickness of the material; air or water cooling.
