For the aluminum plate state we follow the full hard, semi-hard, soft state to distinguish, usually the soft state is mainly refers to the aluminum plate O state, full hard bending effect is basically not too good, in the aluminum plate state general H18, H19, H38, etc. are full hard, semi-hard state aluminum plate basically can be folded, H24 is also half hard.

O-state bending is generally no problem, but because the state of the aluminum plate is too soft, we generally rarely use this state of the aluminum plate to bend, at the same time we have to pay attention to the pure aluminum plate and alloy aluminum plate distinction, general pure aluminum hardness are not too high, specifically to pure aluminum bending can be used 1100, 1050, 1060, etc., it is recommended to use the 1100H26.

Alloy aluminum plate hardness will be better, generally can use 3003, 3005, 5052 and other semi-hard state aluminum plate to bend. If you use 6061, 2024, 7075 due to the hardness is too high, especially T6 state is, should not bend, unless you add temperature and then fold, good aluminum plate and poor aluminum plate is the difference between oxidation performance, tolerance, surface effect, crystal precision and uniform stability, bending effect alone is not a big difference, if the surface of the aluminum plate to do baking paint, then the quality is not recommended to use too good, can consider using 3003 -H26, 3005H24 or 5052H34.
