(1) Homogenisation of aluminium alloy ingot billets

6063, 6061 alloy profile in the state of just extruded tensile strength equal to or greater than 140 MPa, in the rapid cooling to room temperature within 8 hours after artificial aging can make its tensile strength enhanced to 240 MPa or more, artificial aging is generally used 190 --- 200 degrees insulation 1 --- 2 hours. 6061, 6A02 is generally used 180 --- 190 degrees insulation 4 --- 6 hours. ---6 hours.
